What to do if an incorrect Daman and Diu e-challan is issued?

Upon checking, if you find that the issued Daman and Diu e-challan is incorrect, you can lodge a complaint for the same. A complaint against the wrongly issued challan can be raised through Parivahan.

Perform the following steps to file a complaint against an incorrect challan:

1. Visit the official website of Parivahan.
2. Click on the “Complaint” tab.
3. You’ll then land on the grievance page.
4. Select the wrongly issued challan.
5. Provide the necessary information and the description of the challan (i.e., on what ground the challan is incorrect).
6. Upload the image of the evidences.
7. Click on “Submit” to raise the complaint.
8. Jot down the complaint number to further track the status of the challan.
