Visit the Park+ website or mobile application and go to the ‘E-Challan’ section for online challan check.
Input the Vehicle registration number
Enter the ‘Vehicle Number’ to begin e challan check by vehicle number and click on ‘Check Challan’ to view the pending challans.
Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number for verification (if asked) and review the list of challans, if the issued challan is correct (time, location, offence, etc.).
Settle e-challan
Choose a suitable payment method to clear the fine after the e-challan check and make the vehicle challan payment. Remember to get the receipt as proof.

Perform challan check
Choose the ‘Check Challan Status’ under the ‘Online Services’ head and enter either of the information: Challan Number, DL Number or VRN
Verification and review
Fill in the displayed captcha and click on ‘Get Details’ to check challan online. Complete verification by entering the OTP, if required and carefully review all the challans.
Initiate challan payment
Choose a traffic challan to settle and click on ‘Pay Now’.
Make echallan payment
Select a suitable payment method and complete the e challan online payment to settle.
Collect the payment slip
After successful payment, download the payment receipt to avoid future hassle.
For users who prefer paying traffic fine offline, can reach out to the nearest traffic police station and clear their challan easily.

Visit the nearest traffic police station to settle challan offline.
Collect the required documents
Carry all the essential documents like Challan copy, Vehicle R.C., Identity proofs, etc.

Make the payment

Step 2. Click on the “Complaint” tab.
Step 3. You’ll then land on the grievance page.
Step 4. Select the wrongly issued challan.
Step 5. Provide the necessary information and the description of the challan (i.e., on what ground the challan is incorrect).
Step 6. Upload the image of the evidences.
Step 7. Click on “Submit” to raise the complaint.
Step 8. Jot down the complaint number to further track the status of the challan.
