An Raipur e-challan is a digital record of a traffic violation issued against a vehicle or driver. It can include details such as the challan number, vehicle registration number, offence, date, location, fine amount and payment status.
Checking these details before making a payment helps you confirm that the challan belongs to your vehicle and that the recorded offence and fine amount are correct.
A traffic challan can be issued when a traffic officer records a violation or when an electronic enforcement system detects an offence.

You can check an eligible e-challan through Park+, Parivahan, NextGen eChallan or the Chhattisgarh government portal. Check the offence, vehicle details and fine amount before completing the payment.
Park+ provides an online way to check your pending traffic challans using your vehicle or challan details. You can review the available challan information before proceeding with the payment.
The official Parivahan eChallan portal allows vehicle owners to check traffic challans issued against their vehicle or driving licence.
The NextGen eChallan portal is the official digital traffic and transport enforcement platform of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India.
The Chhattisgarh Government also provides an e-Challan portal for applicable government payments. For traffic challan records and eligible traffic-fine payments, use the applicable MoRTH eChallan/NextGen service.
If you prefer to pay in person, an eligible challan may be paid through the applicable offline or over-the-counter facility. Carry your challan details and verify the amount before making the payment.
Follow the below steps to pay the challan offline:
If you need a copy of your challan or payment receipt, you can use the print or receipt option available through the official eChallan service.
After a successful payment, keep the receipt or acknowledgement for your records. The challan status should be updated once the transaction has been processed.
If the amount has been deducted but the challan still appears as pending, check the transaction status before making another payment.
A challan requiring court-related action can be searched through the official Virtual Courts portal. You can use the available Search by Challan/Vehicle No. option, along with other search methods provided by the portal.
For Chhattisgarh, the High Court has established Virtual Court arrangements for traffic challan cases, including a designated jurisdiction under the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur.
If the case is listed, review the offence and case details carefully. Depending on the case, the Virtual Courts system may provide options to pay the fine or request to contest the case.
Raipur is using technology-based traffic enforcement to identify violations and support e-challan generation. Traffic enforcement systems cover strategic junctions across the city.
