    Paying e-Challan through Parivahan

    • Once you visit the official website, enter your car number, DL number, or challan number on the physical document.
    • You need to enter the Captcha and click on the option ""Get Details.""
    • A complete list of challans issued under your name will be displayed.
    • You must select the challan you want to pay and proceed further.
    • Choose the most feasible payment option like internet banking, credit or debit cards, and electronic wallets.
    • Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation ID.

How to check the e-Challan status through the Parivahan website?

If you want to check all e-Challan statuses before deciding to pay or after making a payment, you can use the Parivahan website. However, it is much faster, and you can quickly check the status in minutes by following the steps below.

  • Visit the official website of the Parivahan department.
  • Click on the option ""Check challan status"" under the Check Online Services dropdown tab.
  • A new page will open where you need to enter your vehicle number or the DL number. If you have the physical document, you can also enter the challan ID from there.
  • Enter the verification Captcha and click on the Get Details button.
  • All challans issued under your name will be displayed, with their status in the adjacent columns.
