A few issues may occur while checking or paying an e challan JK online. Most can be resolved by verifying the details or transaction status before trying again.
If money has been deducted but the challan remains unpaid, do not immediately start another e challan payment. Check the pending transaction first to avoid an accidental duplicate payment.
A traffic challan may move to court-related processing depending on its status and applicable procedure. Motorists should check the status shown against the challan before attempting another payment. For virtual court Jammu cases, use the official Virtual Courts portal to check the available case/challan information and follow the instructions shown for the matter.
If the vehicle number, offence, date or location shown against a challan appears incorrect, verify the record before paying. The government e-Challan grievance service can be used to report challan-related discrepancies
