India’s electric car sales continued to grow in March 2025, with 12,356 units sold, marking a 26.18% YoY rise. Tata Motors retained leadership despite a dip in volume, while MG Motor soared with over 231% growth. Mahindra and Hyundai followed closely with triple-digit YoY gains. For FY25, the total EV sales reached 1,07,645 units, up by 17.63% from FY24. Tata remained on top with a 53.52% market share, while MG doubled its share to 28.02%.
