Mahindra's Electric SUV Lineup: What's Coming in 2025–26

Mahindra is set to revolutionize the Indian electric vehicle market with five new electric SUVs between 2025 and 2026. These models, including the XUV 3XO EV, XEV 7e, BE 6E, Thar.e, and Bolero.e, reflect Mahindra's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and meeting the evolving needs of Indian consumers.

As the Indian automotive industry shifts towards electrification, Mahindra & Mahindra is poised to introduce a range of electric SUVs that blend performance, technology, and sustainability.

Here's a look at five upcoming electric SUVs from Mahindra expected to launch between 2025 and 2026:

1. Mahindra XUV 3XO EV

Building on the success of the XUV 3XO, Mahindra plans to launch its electric variant in early 2025. Positioned below the XUV400, this compact SUV is expected to offer a range of approximately 400 km on a single charge, targeting competitors like the Tata Nexon EV and MG ZS EV.

2. Mahindra XEV 7e

The XEV 7e, based on Mahindra's INGLO platform, is anticipated to debut later in 2025. Sharing its architecture with the BE 6 and XEV 9e, the XEV 7e is expected to offer a real-world range of over 500 km, catering to consumers seeking long-range electric mobility.

3. Mahindra BE 6E

Expanding its Born Electric (BE) series, Mahindra is set to introduce the BE 6E, a seven-seater electric SUV, shortly. Built on the INGLO platform, the BE 6E will offer versatile configurations and is expected to appeal to families looking for spacious and sustainable transportation options.

4. Mahindra Thar.e

Mahindra's iconic off-roader, the Thar, is getting an electric makeover with the Thar.e. Expected to debut by late 2026, the Thar.e will retain its rugged appeal while offering zero-emission capabilities, appealing to adventure enthusiasts seeking eco-friendly alternatives.

5. Mahindra Bolero.e

The Bolero.e represents Mahindra's initiative to electrify its popular utility vehicle. While specific details are yet to be disclosed, the Bolero.e is anticipated to combine the Bolero's practicality with electric efficiency, catering to both urban and rural markets.

Mahindra's upcoming electric SUV lineup underscores its commitment to sustainable mobility and innovation. By leveraging advanced platforms like INGLO and focusing on diverse consumer needs, Mahindra aims to play a pivotal role in India's electric vehicle transformation.
