Willing To Pay 7 Lakhs For A Car But Do Not Want Celerio Here Are 5 Options You Can Choose From

Willing to pay 7 Lakhs for a car but do not want Celerio, here are 5 options you can choose from:

Are you planning to buy a car with a budget of Rs.7 Lakhs? There is no doubt that Celerio is one of the carmaker’s entry-level hatchbacks in India and its price ranges from 4 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs INR. But, if you are looking for a car that is under your budget and is as feature-rich and reliable as Celerio you can check out these top 5 options:

Maruti Swift

The Maruti Swift is a popular hatchback that has recently been updated with a new design and more spacious interiors. The base-spec Swift Lxi variant costs Rs 6.49 lakh and comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. It includes features like manual air conditioning, six airbags, electronic stability program (ESP), and reverse parking sensors. For an additional Rs 21,000, you can upgrade to the Swift Vxi variant, priced at Rs 7.30 lakh. This version offers a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electrically adjustable outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs), wheel covers, a rear parcel tray, and a day/night inside rearview mirror (IRVM).

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

It includes features such as a 3.5-inch infotainment system, four speakers, power windows on all doors, follow-me-home headlamps, dual front airbags, and rear parking sensors. For those seeking lower running costs, the Pure CNG variant is available for Rs 7.23 lakh. Alternatively, the Adventure Rhythm variant, priced at Rs 7.35 lakh, offers additional features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a rear parking camera.

For those looking to step up to a subcompact SUV, the Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger are excellent choices. Both cars are more spacious than the Celerio and come with a 1-litre petrol engine producing 72 PS. The Kiger RXL AMT variant costs Rs 7.10 lakh, while the Magnite XL variant is priced at Rs 7.04 lakh. These variants include features like an LED instrument cluster, Bluetooth audio and music, keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVMs, manual air conditioning with rear AC vents, dual front airbags, electronic stability program (ESP), hill start assist, TPMS, and rear parking sensors.

The Kiger RXT variant, costing Rs 7.50 lakh, adds alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, side airbags, and a rearview camera. The Magnite Geza Edition, priced at Rs 7.39 lakh, includes a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a JBL sound system, a rearview camera, ambient lighting, and a "Geza Edition" badge on the C-pillar.

In Summary, If you’re considering spending around Rs 7 lakh on a new car, you have several options besides the Maruti Celerio. The Maruti Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, Tata Punch, Hyundai Exter, and Nissan Magnite/Renault Kiger each offer unique benefits, whether it’s more space, better features, or a more powerful engine. Depending on your priorities, one of these alternatives could be a better fit for your needs.
