The Volvo C40 Recharge will be introduced to the market on September 4th
The Volvo C40 Recharge will be assembled at the company's facility in Hoskote, Karnataka and will be launched on 4th September.
The Volvo C40 Recharge Exterior features include Thor’s Hammer style DRLs, closed off-grille, vertical tail units, 19-inch aero wheels, and tapering coupe-styled roofline.
The Volvo C40 Recharge houses a 78 kWh battery coupled to an all wheel drive system. It also has a motor on each axle, the motor makes 245 bhp on the rear axle and 156 bhp on the front. The combined output is 402 bhp of power and 660 Nm of peak torque.
The company claims a range of 530 km on a single charge and a 0-100 kmph dash in 4.7 seconds, and a top speed of 180 kmph.
Other features include leather-free upholstery, 12.3-inch fully digital driver display, 9.0-inch vertical touchscreen infotainment unit, a 13 speaker Harman Kardon sound system and two-zone climate control among others.
We can expect a price tag north of Rs. 55 lakh (ex-showroom).
