Mahindra XUV300 Facelift, which has been in the news for a long time, has recently spied shots. The most recent prototypes have little camouflage and are of the production version.
Officially, the carmaker is already reducing production of the current Mahindra XUV300 and has temporarily stopped accepting reservations for it.
What did the spy shots reveal?
The most recent spy photos indicate that the XUV300's general design won't change. However, the SUV will receive a significantly updated front fascia with a striking new design. Redesigned LED tail lights and U-shaped LED DRLs up front are anticipated.
With a larger touchscreen, the redesigned Mahindra XUV300 seems to have the same 10.25-inch touchscreen as the recently updated Mahindra XUV400 EV. The center air conditioning vents' design is similar to that of its electric counterpart, aside from the infotainment system.
Different Variants spy shots
Three test mules of the Mahindra XUV300 facelift appeared to be distinct variants in the most recent spy photos. While two other lower variants were spotted with steel wheels with caps, the unit with the alloy wheels is probably the top variant that shares the same design as its current version.
New updates:
The XUV300 is probably going to have a new climate control panel with rear AC vents inside of it as well. It's also anticipated that the dashboard theme and seat upholstery options will change. It might also come equipped with a 10.25-inch digital driver's display (taken from the XUV400 EV), push-button start/stop, dual-zone air conditioning, ventilated front seats, cruise control, and wireless phone charging.
Six airbags (as standard), electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) will all ensure the safety of the occupants.
Mahindra XUV300 Facelift: Powertrain
The same 1.5-liter diesel and 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engines will power the updated XUV300. Mahindra currently offers all engines with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox. Future updates to the all-electric XUV400 might also come in the form of these.
Launch Date & Rivals
We can expect that the Mahindra XUV300 facelift will be available for purchase soon for Rs 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will still compete with vehicles such as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, and Tata Nexon. The newly redesigned XUV300 will compete with the Skoda subcompact SUV, which is anticipated to debut in early 2025.
