Positioned as Skoda’s new flagship, the full-size Peaq EV sits at the very top of the brand's pure-electric lineup and is the largest vehicle Skoda has ever produced.
Offered in both 5 and 7-seater configurations, the premium electric SUV boasts an impressive maximum claimed range of up to 647 km on a single charge.
Skoda has officially revealed the production-spec Peaq, a new flagship electric SUV that will sit at the very top of the company's global lineup. Based on the Vision 7S concept first showcased in 2022, the Peaq introduces Skoda's most advanced EV technology while serving as the brand's new flagship family SUV.
The Peaq is expected to play a crucial role in Skoda's future electrification strategy. Designed as a premium seven-seat electric SUV, it combines practicality, comfort, advanced technology and long-distance capability while competing with models such as the Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 9 and Volvo EX90.
Skoda Peaq Three Dynamic Powertrains
Globally, the Peaq will be available in three distinct variants tailored to different ranges and performance needs:
Peaq 60: Features a 63kWh battery pack driving a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) single electric motor. It generates 204 hp, hits 0–100 kph in 8.6 seconds, and offers a claimed range of 459 km.
Peaq 90: Upgrades to a massive 91 kWh battery pack and a more potent RWD motor pushing out 286 hp. It clocks 0–100 kph in 7.1 seconds and delivers the maximum lineup range of 647 km.
Peaq 90x: The performance flagship pairs the 91 kWh battery with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup. This raises power output to 299 hp, cuts the 0–100 kph sprint to just 6.7 seconds, and provides a 613 km claimed range.
When it comes to charging infrastructure, efficiency is built-in. The larger 91 kWh battery supports 199 kW DC fast charging, replenishing from 10 to 80 percent in 28 minutes. The smaller 63 kWh variant juices up at 160 kW DC speeds, hitting the same mark in 27 minutes.
