A recap of the sedan's feature highlights, powertrain options, and its pricing and competition in the mid-size segment
The 2026 Hyundai Verna facelift has already made a strong impression since its launch in March 2026, bringing with it a sharper design, a well-appointed cabin, and capable petrol engine options.
But for buyers who want to go one step further and put a personal stamp on their car, Hyundai has detailed an extensive list of genuine accessories, covering both exterior and interior additions, along with their prices.
Exterior Accessories to Smarten Up the Outside
On the outside, Hyundai offers six accessories for the Verna facelift. The chrome ORVM cover garnish is priced at Rs 1,944, while those preferring a blacked-out look can opt for the black ORVM cover garnish at Rs 1,725. The side fender garnish comes in at Rs 924, and the tail lamp garnish is available for Rs 1,263.
Rounding out the exterior list are body side mouldings priced at Rs 3,777 and door visors at Rs 2,916. These are subtle but effective additions that enhance the car's visual presence without going overboard.
Interior Accessories That Add Comfort and Character
Step inside, and the options expand considerably. Floor covering choices include a 3D mat at Rs 3,148, a designer mat at Rs 2,222, a carpet mat at Rs 3,676, a dual-layer mat at Rs 6,666, and a 3D boot mat at Rs 2,129.
For added comfort on longer drives, there is a cushion priced at Rs 1,481 and a headrest cushion at Rs 1,203. Seat cover options, available in beige, black, and dual-tone combinations, go up to Rs 9,259. It is worth noting that all Hyundai seat covers are designed to be compatible with airbags, which is a practical safety consideration buyers should appreciate.
Electronics and Additional Extras
Beyond the basics, Hyundai also offers a range of electronic accessories. A dashcam is priced at Rs 15,499, with speakers ranging from Rs 3,490 to Rs 14,790, amplifiers from Rs 7,990 to Rs 19,990, and a subwoofer from Rs 4,490 to Rs 11,740.
A reverse parking camera is available at Rs 2,450. Additional items include a boot organiser, tyre inflator, humidifier, vacuum cleaner, tissue box, car care kit, and a premium key chain, among others.
Features, Powertrain, and Where the Verna Stands
The Verna facelift itself comes loaded with features, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via a wired-to-wireless adapter, a matching 10.25-inch digital driver display, ventilated front seats, an 8-way power-adjustable driver seat, a 4-way powered front passenger seat, and a single-pane electric sunroof.
Multi-colour ambient lighting, memory function for the driver seat, a powered tailgate, rear sunshades, wireless phone charging, and connected car technology further bolster the cabin experience.
On the safety front, the Verna packs seven airbags, a 360-degree camera with blind spot monitoring, Level-2 ADAS, all-wheel disc brakes, electronic stability control, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, front and rear parking sensors, TPMS, and an in-built dashcam.
Two Engine Options to Choose From
Power comes from two petrol engines. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated unit produces 115 PS and 144 Nm, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol steps things up with 160 PS and 253 Nm, available with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Pricing and the Competition It Faces
The 2026 Hyundai Verna facelift is priced from Rs 10.98 lakh to Rs 18.25 lakh, ex-showroom. It competes in the mid-size sedan segment against the Honda City, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Virtus.
