The updated Slavia receives revised exterior styling and additional features, while pre-bookings are already underway.
The 1.0-litre TSI continues with a 6-speed manual and gains a new 8-speed automatic, replacing the previous 6-speed automatic.
Skoda has revealed the 2026 Slavia facelift in India, marking the sedan's first major update since its introduction in 2022. The mid-lifecycle update brings changes to the exterior and equipment list while retaining the existing petrol engine options.
Pre-bookings for the updated Slavia have commenced. Skoda will announce prices in the first week of October, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin during the festive season.
What has changed on the 2026 Skoda Slavia?
The facelift retains the Slavia's overall shape but receives several exterior revisions. The front gets revised headlamps with segmented LED DRLs, while additional LED elements are integrated into the grille. New alloy-wheel designs are also part of the update.
At the rear, the lighting has also been revised. Skoda has introduced new exterior colour choices, including Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige, with the latter scheduled to become available from December 2026.
Cabin Gets New Features
The overall cabin layout remains unchanged, but Skoda has added several features to the facelift. The updated Slavia gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital driver's display.
Other features include:
360-degree camera, replacing the previous rear-view camera
Rear-seat massage function
Sequential turn indicators
Revised interior trim and upholstery
Updated air-conditioning system with a variable-displacement compressor
1.0 TSI Gets a New 8-Speed Automatic
The Slavia facelift continues with its existing 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI turbo-petrol engines. The 1.0-litre unit produces 115 hp, while the 1.5-litre engine develops 150 hp and 250 Nm.
The main powertrain change is the new 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox for the 1.0 TSI. It replaces the previous 6-speed automatic, while a 6-speed manual continues to be available with the smaller engine.
The 1.5-litre TSI continues with its existing 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Prices to be announced in October
Skoda has not yet announced prices for the facelifted Slavia. Pre-bookings are open, with the prices to be announced in the first week of October 2026 and deliveries planned for the festive season.
