This includes a consumer discount of around Rs 50,000, an exchange offer of Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000, a corporate discount, and an additional rebate. These combined benefits make the strong hybrid variant an attractive option for potential buyers.

The mild hybrid versions also come with appealing discounts. The Sigma variant is offered with a discount of Rs 74,000, while the Delta and Alpha variants are available with a Rs 69,000 discount. Additionally, there is a Rs 24,000 discount on the Grand Vitara CNG model, providing various options for buyers with different preferences and needs.

This strong sales performance underscores the popularity and reliability of the model among consumers.

Engine Specifications of the Grand Vitara

The Grand Vitara, along with its sibling, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, are the only hybrid SUVs available in this segment. The strong hybrid version is equipped with a 1,490cc 3-cylinder engine that produces 92 bhp and 122 Nm of torque. It is paired with an e-CVT, offering a smooth and efficient driving experience.

The mild hybrid version, on the other hand, features a 1,462cc naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers 101 bhp and 136.8 Nm of torque. Competitors in the Market

The Grand Vitara faces stiff competition from several other popular SUVs in the market. Key rivals include the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, and the Toyota Hyryder. Despite this competitive landscape, the Grand Vitara's hybrid technology and attractive pricing give it a unique edge.
