Toyota has revealed the entire line-up of the Crysta and has announced prices of the top two variants in the range.
Toyota has updated the top-end trims of the 2023 Innova Crysta - VX and ZX with the ex-showroom prices for the VX trim beginning at Rs 23.79 lakh and going all the way up to Rs. 25.43 lakh for the range-topping ZX variant. The Toyota Innova Crysta is now offered in a total of four variants - G, GX, VX, and ZX and prices for the base G variant begin at Rs. 19.99 lakh. The Toyota Innova Crysta is offered in both seven and eight-seater configurations.
The exteriors remain the same, albeit the front end of the MPV has received a nip and tuck treatment. For instance, the new Toyota Innova Crysta now gets a revised bumper housing a chunkier black bash plate, while there is subtle chrome garnish around the grille and fog lamp housing. The cabin, too, remains unchanged in layout and finish but has been updated with a few more features.
The 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system now comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It continues with features like ambient lighting, multi-zone climate control, a powered driver seat, and a one-touch tumble function on the second row. Regarding safety, the Innova Crysta comes with seven airbags, an electronic stability program (ESP), a hill assist (HA), a three-point seat belt for all the passengers, and front and rear parking sensors.
Under the hood is a 2.4-litre, in-line, four-cylinder diesel engine mated to a five-speed gearbox that pushes a good 148 bhp and 343 Nm of torque, while it is also offered with an optional six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
