Design of the New Volkswagen Tera’s Design
Road tests of a Volkswagen Tera prototype have been observed. The test mule had no concealment at all. As a result, the SUV's single-slat radiator grille, sweptback headlamps, and muscular bumper have all been made visible.
The Volkswagen Tera's alloy wheels, B-pillars, ORVMs, and roof rails are all blacked out to match its side profile. It has a plastic wheel arch covering as well. The Volkswagen Tera SUV's rear end is equipped with wraparound taillights, a fake skid plate, an LED light bar on the tailgate, an integrated spoiler, a rear wiper and washer, and a registration plate holder on the back bumper.
Interior and Features of The Tera
The Volkswagen Tera's interior features include a fully digital instrument cluster, rear air conditioning vents, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, and a large touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Powertrain For Volkswagen Tera
The Volkswagen Tera SUV is propelled by a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder TSI petrol engine. When paired with a six-speed manual transmission, the 1.0-liter gasoline engine can produce a maximum power output of 114 horsepower and a maximum torque of 178 Nm. The Volkswagen Tera will also be offered with a torque converter automatic transmission in addition to the manual gearbox.

In a competitive market dominated by some of India's bestselling SUVs, the Volkswagen Tera will face strong rivals such as the Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Tata Nexon, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Hyundai Venue, and Kia Sonet. To carve its place among these established models, the Tera will need to offer a compelling mix of performance, features, design, and value.
