Tata Safari

One of the top 6 seater cars is Tata Safari, priced between INR 15.65 to INR 25.01 Lakhs. With a seating capacity of 6 and 7, the car's 1956 cc engine gives a mileage of 14.08 to 16.14 kmpl. The car's fuel type is diesel, and the transmission is manual and automatic.

Interestingly, the car comes in different variants, namely XE, XM, XMS, and XT+. XZ, XZ+ and XZA+ (O). Tata Safari's engine is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, which produces 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. It is paired with a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

When we talk about interiors, the new Safari comes with a 360-degree camera, an ADAS suite, a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless connectivity, a fully digital instrument console, and memory functions for the six-way electrically adjustable front seats.

Along with that, multiple safety features come with the car, namely a cooled glovebox, a seven-inch seven-inch TFT colour display, a nine-speaker JBL sound system, and ambient lighting. The car also offers features like four disc brakes, cruise control, hill hold control, auto headlamps, wipes, and six airbags.

In all, the car looks great on the outside and feels super comfortable on the inside. It's an ideal car for your entire family, and you can even trust it with long, difficult roads.

MG Hector Plus

Next on the list, MG Hector Plus is priced at INR 18 to 23.17 lakhs and is one of the best-driving cars on the road at the moment. The engine of the car is 1451 to 1956 cc, and works on a fuel type, both petrol and diesel. The transmission of the car is both manual and automatic.

With a seating capacity of 6 to 7, the car had beautiful exteriors as well. With a cooled glovebox, a JBL sound system, ambient lighting, four disc brakes, cruise control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, auto headlamps, and wipers.

Along with the exteriors, the interiors of the car have an updated cabin with a white and black theme. The elements are all set up accordingly, along with a dashboard of the 14-inch touchscreen. Hector Plus also gets a level 2 ADAS suite with about 11 features as part of the assistance systems.

The MG Hector Plus also has in-car controllability for the infotainment system and can be controlled by being more connected to your vehicle the right way.

Considering the safety features, this car has 6 airbags, a high-speed alert system, a seat belt reminder system, and ESP, TCS, HHC, ABS, and EBD. The two engines that the car comes with are 1.5-litre petrol engines, paired with either a six-speed manual, a CVT, or a DCT, and it produced 141 bhp and 250 Nm. The other engine is a diesel 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that produces 169 bhp and 350 Nm. It is the only available six-speed manual.

Hyundai Alcazar

Third on the list is Hyundai Alcazar, with a 1482 to 1493 cc engine, priced at 16.77 lakhs INR to 21.12 lakhs INR. The car gives a mileage of about 18.1 to 20.4 kmpl, and has a seating capacity of 6 to 7. The fuel type of the car is petrol and diesel, and it comes in both transmission, manual and automatic.

The car comes in a variety of trims called Prestige, Platinum, Platinum (O), Signature, and Signature (O). When we talk about the exterior, the Hyundai SUV comes with puddle lamps with a Hyundai Logo, a twin-tip exhaust, and a side footstep. The car is equipped with eye-catching boomerang-shaped DRLs and a large and extravagantly finished grille that also has sleek-looking diamond-cut alloys.

The engine is available in BS6 Phase 2 compliant and an E20 fuel-ready petrol and diesel options. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol motor produces 158 bhp and 253 Nm torque, whereas the 1.5-litre diesel CRDi unit comes with an output of 113 bhp and 250 Nm. The transmission options are a six-speed manual for both motors; however, for the automatic duties, the petrol comes with a seven-speed DCT.

Next on the list, Mahindra Scorpio N is priced at INR 13.05 - 24.52 lakhs (ex-showroom price). The engine of the car is between 1997 to 2184 cc, whereas the fuel type can vary from Petrol and Diesel. The car has a seating capacity of 6 and 7 seaters, which is ideal for people with families.

The transmission of the car can vary between manual and automatic, whereas the safety of the car has been taken good care of. The Global NCAP safety rating of the car is 5 stars. Kia Carens

It comes in five trim options- Premium, Prestige, Prestige Plus, Luxury, and Luxury Plus. The car has a seating capacity of 6-7 and is ideal for people with big families. The transmission of the car is flexible between manual, Clutchless Manual (IMT), and automatic.

The Carens comes with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine, a 1.5-litre turbo petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel mill engine. These engines replay the older 1.4-litre version of the engine and provide way more power and performance. The diesel engine now gets the iMT unit which replaces the manual gearbox.
