Updated Maruti Grand Vitara CNG Incentivized for India in 2025

Maruti Suzuki has reintroduced the Grand Vitara CNG for 2025 in the Delta and Zeta trims. Safety has been given prime importance; hence the reworked SUV now comes with six airbags, ESP, and disc brakes on all wheels. The 1.5-litre motor continues to put forth top-class mileage at 26.6 km/L.

With greenery in mind, the company has made a comeback with the Grand Vitara CNG for 2025 in India, just two months after the petrol Grand Vitara was updated and launched. Price-wise, the CNG comes with two trims: Delta at ₹13.48 lakh and Zeta at ₹15.62 lakh (ex-showroom). This launch caters to the soaring demand for fuel-efficient and clean SUVs in India.

Powertrain & Mileage: Reliable and Efficient

On CNG, it delivers 88 bhp and 121.5Nm of torque, mated only to a 5-speed manual. It misses out on that automatic thrill but offers a whopping 26.6km/kg fuel efficiency, which is, by far, one of the best in its class.

Safety Upgrades: Six Airbags Now Standard

The wider safety feature list is one of the major standout points in the 2025 update. Six airbags come as standard fitment on both CNG variants, a big improvement in occupant safety.

Other add-on features include an ESP with Hill Hold Assist, ABS & EBD, disc brakes front and rear, and ISOFIX child-seat mountings, so that buyers with a safety mindset will have a few worries off their mind.

Features and Equipment: Loaded and Practical

Everything that is offered on the equivalent gas-powered Delta and Zeta trims is kept on the Grand Vitara CNG, including LED headlamps, touchscreen infotainment, steering-mounted controls, and automatic climate control; to name a handful, it provides a good balance of comfort and convenience for everyday usage.

Maruti’s Vision: Practicality Meets Efficiency

The launch of the Grand Vitara CNG was something special, declared the Senior Executive Officer of Maruti Suzuki India, Partho Banerjee, stating that it is extremely efficient in fuel consumption when compared with the thrilling drives of the SUV.

With increased duties of ensuring heightened safety, tested performance, and greener efficiency, the 2025 Grand Vitara CNG shall carve a place in the hearts of urban families as well as eco-conscious buyers.
