Tata Altroz Facelift Pure Variant Hits Dealerships with New Features and CNG Option

The facelifted Altroz by Tata Motors is now making its way to dealerships in the mid-spec Pure variant, presenting a hybrid of features that buyers want without going too premium for the efficiency advantage instead; it has also updated design, three powertrains (including a factory-fitted CNG kit), new equipment and climbed further up the hatchback category.

Tata Altroz Facelift Pure Variant Hits The Dealerships

Tata Motors has begun dispatching the facelifted Altroz to dealerships across India, and the Pure variant, located midrange in terms of trim, has been identified at dealerships recently.
Starting at Rs. 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom), the facelifted Altroz has an updated design, new convenient features, and will have the option of three fuel types (with petrol and diesel, and a CNG variant).

Exterior Highlights: Modern Yet Subtle

On the outside, the Pure variant of the Altroz facelift continues Tata's developing design language. The prominent features are:
- LED headlamps
- Rain-sensing wipers
- Auto headlamps
- 16-inch steel wheels with neat black wheel covers
- Auto-folding black-finished ORVMs
- Flush-fitting door handles

While it keeps the hatchback's familiar shape, the new details increase its street presence, even in the mid-spec variant.

Interior and Features: Upmarket in a Mid-Spec

For its kind, the Altroz Pure offers more than anticipated in the cabin space. The previously mentioned two-spoke steering wheel features a back-lit Tata emblem and brings following to the table:
- 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system
- Touch sensitive AC controls
- Reversing parking camera
- Automatic climate control
- Steering mounted controls
- Height adjustable driving seat
- Auto-dim IRVM

These features even offer a semi-premium experience without having to go to the higher trims.

Powertrain Options: CNG, Petrol, and Diesel

The updated Altroz is offered with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, combined with a CNG kit, outputting 72bhp and 103Nm. It comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox. For buyers who don't want CNG, Tata also has the Altroz petrol in the same displacement, as well as a 1.5-litre diesel option, leaving no one behind.
With the facelift and equipment upgrades, Tata Motors is targeting the premium hatchback consumer with this Altroz. The Pure version, in particular, provides the right mix of value and equipment for buyers interested in alternative fuel options.
