The Renault Kiger is a looker with a stunning road presence and sleek headlights.
The satin roof rails, 16-inch wheels, sporty rear spoiler and C-shaped LED signature taillights further enhance the looks. The lower variant has a striking resemblance to the junior Kwid. The base model does not offer you many features but it will not let you down for the price you pay.

The seating position of the driver is nice and high, with good support for the front seats even for tall drivers. The rear seats also provide an excellent amount of headroom and legroom.

The Renault Kiger gets a 1.0L Energy petrol engine in the base RXE variant. The naturally aspirated engine with a 3-cylinder, multi-point fuel-injection system produces 72PS and 96Nm torque, paired with either a 5-speed manual or EASY-R AMT gearbox.
While the power is adequate for city driving, the option of automatic transmission will make it more comfortable for those who want to avoid the hassles of changing gears frequently.

The Renault Kiger base model features a well-balanced suspension that deals with imperfect roads quite well. The car also scores well in terms of stability at high speeds. However, the engine could have been more refined in terms f reducing the noise during acceleration.

The base RXE variant of Renault Kiger comes at a price of INR 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom), which is similar to most premium hatchbacks available in the market. At this price point, the vehicle offers good performance and enough essential features for everyday commutes.
