Features and the Interior
The Gravite's cabin has its own colour scheme and trim elements, although it mostly resembles the Triber's, keeping the useful 5+2 seating arrangement. The interior is simple, with several storage spaces, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and rotary climate controls.
More advanced models come with a 7-inch digital driver display and an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone compatibility.
Push-button start, cruise control, automatic LED headlights, rain-sensing wipers, six airbags, AC vents in the back, wireless charging, a cooled glovebox, a rearview camera, and TPMS are some of the important features.
The Launch Edition also includes ambient lighting, a dual-channel dashcam, a JBL audio system, and a cabin air purifier.
Performance and Engine Suitable for Everyday Use
The same 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder, normally aspirated gasoline engine that powers the Triber also powers the Gravite, generating 72 horsepower and 96 Nm. Customers can choose between ease and a more thrilling driving experience with Nissan's 5-speed manual gearbox or 5-speed AMT.
The Gravite's efficiency is still one of its advantages. According to Nissan, the AMT variant gives a little higher 19.6kpl, making it ideal for both city and highway use, while the petrol manual variant delivers 19.3kpl.
Furthermore, Nissan will soon launch a dealer-fit dual-cylinder CNG kit that is only compatible with manual gearboxes. Customers looking to reduce operating expenses without sacrificing daily usability will find the Gravite more appealing as a result.
Reservations Open with Appealing Introductory Offers
Online and at Nissan dealerships around the country, reservations are already being accepted. It is anticipated that the promotional cost will only apply to the first batches, incentivizing early purchasers to reserve allocations as soon as possible. Because of the SUV's affordable pricing and status as an aspirational first SUV, industry observers predict strong demand.
Production is Already Underway, Deliveries to Begin Soon
Deliveries to customers will begin in the upcoming weeks, Nissan has announced. The brand wants to minimize wait times and ensure a steady supply during the debut phase; production is already underway. This promise of on-time delivery is intended to provide Nissan with a competitive edge during the Gravite's initial launch.
The Gravite is strategically significant to Nissan's Indian product revitalization strategy. Targeting first-time SUV purchasers and budget-conscious urban families, Nissan seeks to recoup ground in a market dominated by competitors with large sales volumes.
