2025 Renault Kiger Facelift Reaches Dealerships in India

The 2025 Renault Kiger facelift, launched last month with a starting price of Rs. 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom), has now begun reaching dealerships nationwide. The compact SUV brings a new variant naming strategy, fresh styling upgrades, and enhanced features to keep it competitive in the crowded sub-four-metre SUV space.

Renault India has redefined the Kiger line with a different type of nomenclature for the new variant: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion. The new SUV has a starting price of Rs. 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom), which offers the buyer a large variety of choices based on the budget and feature preferences.

The Kiger has the highest-end side with the top-spec Emotion trim that is displayed in dealerships.

Bold Exterior Enhancements

The re-invented Kiger is characterised by several prominent style additions. The Emotion model at showrooms has a catchy Oasis Yellow colour combined with a contrast Mystery Black roof.

The exterior modifications are three-pod LED headlamps, redone LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, revised bumpers, and 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Blacked-out door handles, ornamental vehicle mirrors and smooth LED tail lights also contribute to its sporty appearance.

Premium Cabin and Features

The Kiger facelift has a hike in the bar with new comfort and safety features inside. The front seats are ventilated, the upholstery is made of leatherette, and the digital instrument cluster of a colour can be expected.

Some of the other features of the SUV include an infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an 8-inch touchscreen, various drive modes, and sophisticated safety equipment such as six airbags, TPMS and ESP.

Choices of engine and Transmission

Renault Kiger remains the same, using a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine with a five-speed manual, CVT, or AMT gearbox. A naturally aspirated variant of the same engine also exists, and it serves the purpose of offering buyers a cheaper point of entry.

The Future Prospects of Renault Kiger

With a strong design, technology-oriented interior, and various powertrain choices, Renault will reinforce the position of the Kiger in the crowded sub-four-metre SUV market. Customers in the nation are now able to have hands-on experience of the revised model, with deliveries of the car being done in the dealerships.
