The applicant must go to the local RTO office to register a vehicle.
The process of registering a vehicle involves three steps: the first is submitting an application for registration along with the necessary paperwork; the second is receiving financer permission (if applicable), and the third is bringing the vehicle to the RTO office for an officer inspection.

Not more than 60 days before the expiration date of the RC, you should apply for its renewal. For vehicle renewal at the RTO, you may submit Form 25 to the Registration Authority. The steps to renew registration for a vehicle are listed below:
Visit the mParivahan official website, select the menu option for online service, open the drop-down menu, and choose the option for vehicle-related services.
Choose a state from the drop-down menu and click on "Proceed".
Choose the Renewal of Registration option under the RC Related Services menu.
Enter your registration and chassis numbers, then click on the validate registration number/chassis number.
Choose your registration number, then fill out the form and pay the renewal application fees.
Once your application is submitted successfully, you will receive a new RC for your vehicle.
