Kia enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the official unveiling, expecting a blend of contemporary styling and enhanced performance. Stay tuned as the Seltos facelift promises to bring a renewed vibe to the Kia lineup, catering to the dynamic preferences of SUV enthusiasts.

Kia Seltos facelift

The Kia Seltos facelift is just around the corner and a few spy shots and videos have surfaced online to give us a fair idea of the changes on the upcoming model.

We can expect fresh styling elements on the inside and outside with new features as well. The company would be making an official announcement for bookings on the date of the launch. The update on the exterior includes a new set of alloy wheels, revised styling for the front fascia and the rear section with new front and rear bumpers, a big and revised grille, LED fog lights, dual exhaust tips, a new tail lamp design with a light bar running the width of the car at the rear.

On the inside the overall layout of the outgoing car has been retained along with changes like a reworked dashboard and centre console, a new dual-display setup that includes a touchscreen infotainment and instrument cluster. In terms of features, it is likely to come with a panoramic sunroof, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car tech with new features, dual-zone climate control, and ventilated seats to name a few. We can also expect an ADAS suite to make it to the facelift.

The on-sale Kia Seltos comes with two 1.5-litre engines which use petrol and diesel with both manual and automatic gearbox configurations. The updated model could include a new 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that has already made its debut in the Hyundai Alcazar, Kia Carens, and the Hyundai Verna. Transmission options for the new engine may include a six-speed manual and a DCT unit.

Price The Kia Seltos retails at a starting price of Rs. 10.89 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 19.35 lakh for the top model. The updated Seltos is likely to have a price tag commanding a premium over the current price range.
