TVS has launched the new Jupiter ZX Drum variant at a price of Rs. 84,468
The new Jupiter ZX Drum SmartXonnect has been launched at a price of Rs. 84,468 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It sits between the ZX and ZX disc variant that starts at Rs. 82,133 and Rs. 86,413 respectively, the top model will cost Rs. 88,988, all prices are ex-showroom.
At the heart is a 109.7-cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine mated to a CVT gearbox that produces 7 bhp of power and 8.8 Nm of peak torque. The TVS Jupiter comes with 12-inch alloy wheels at both ends that wears 130 mm drum brakes at the front and the rear. The suspension duties are done by a telescopic unit up front and a monoshock at the rear. It has a fuel capacity of 5.8-litres.
The SmartXonnect system enables Bluetooth smartphone tethering and offers features like SMS and call alerts, voice-assist, and turn-by-turn navigation to name a few. The TVS application is available on both Android and iOS. There is a USB charging port as well.
The TVS Jupiter locks horns with the likes of the Honda Activa and Hero Pleasure to name a few.
