Hyryder: A Quick Snapshot
Launched in 2022, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder has carved out a strong position in India’s midsize SUV segment, appealing to buyers with its combination of hybrid powertrain options, overall practicality, and enough features for daily use. It competes with rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Tata Sierra, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, and Volkswagen Taigun.
Why This Matters
In a segment where buyers increasingly expect modern tech and convenience features even on lower trims, Toyota’s Tech Package gives Hyryder owners an affordable way to bridge that gap without having to jump up to the top variants. By offering popular accessories like HUD and ambient lighting as factory-aligned add-ons, Toyota helps Hyryder stay competitive and appealing to tech-focused SUV buyers.
