In India, BMW will start accepting reservations for the brand-new X3 30 xDrive on January 30.
The fully outfitted M Sport Pro version of the opulent SUV is scheduled to debut on February 16.
Pre-launch reservations for BMW India's newest midsize luxury SUV, the X3 30 xDrive, will begin at 12:30 p.m. on January 30, 2026. In addition to the official BMW website, buyers can place orders through authorized BMW dealerships nationwide. This early booking program paves the way for the SUV's much-awaited February 16, 2026, introduction.
BMW's Chennai manufacturing facility is producing the next X3 domestically, which should help keep costs under control and enable faster customer deliveries.
An Exceptional Variant: M Sport Pro
BMW India has decided to only sell the fully loaded M Sport Pro trim for the X3 30 xDrive at launch, instead of offering several trim levels.
Although it may restrict alternatives for those looking for a more affordable entry model, this method places the SUV firmly in the premium market and attempts to streamline the purchasing process.
Sportier stylistic cues and dramatic visual elements, such as an illuminated kidney grille, leaner body lines, and design improvements that give the SUV a more imposing road presence, are included in the M Sport Pro package.
What's New Inside and Under the Bonnet
Although performance numbers specific to India are still pending, sources indicate that the X3 30 xDrive's powertrain has been much improved in comparison to the country's current models.
The 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine used in the international version of the 30 xDrive normally produces about 255 bhp; the India variant is anticipated to use comparable numbers, making it the most potent X3 available here.
The new X3 is expected to have current tech and comfort changes inside, including an improved infotainment system, driver-assistance technologies, and premium cabin materials that reflect BMW's most recent luxury benchmarks, though complete specs have not yet been disclosed.
Interested buyers are invited to contact dealers for test drives and additional information on pricing and delivery schedules when the pre-booking window opens and the launch date draws near.
BMW's decision to launch the X3 30 xDrive in India with a single, feature-rich model shows that it is confident in the market for luxury SUVs, where it will compete with competitors like the Mercedes-Benz GLC and Audi Q5.
