New Jeep Compass Sandstorm Edition Launched in India

Jeep India launched the new edition in India and the new car will cost Rs. 50,000 more over the price of standard variant and it comes in 3 options which includes sports, longitude and longitude (O).

The new model, which Jeep India introduced in India, will cost Rs. 50,000 more than the basic model and is available in three different configurations: sports, longitude, and longitude (O). The new accessory package makes it a good choice for offroaders and the Compass directly competes with Harrier, Hector and Tucson.

Exterior Highlights

The Jeep Compass Sandstorm Edition's exterior features are restricted to a Sandstorm logo on the front fender and unique Sandstorm-themed decals on the hood and sides. Its interior includes specialized carpet and cargo mats, front and rear dash cams, programmable ambient lighting, and high-end seat covers.

Powertrain

The Compass Sandstorm Edition has a powerful 2.0-liter diesel engine that is capable of producing 170 horsepower and a torque output of 350 Nm. The engine delivers a perfect combination of performance and efficiency, hence suitable for both normal and off-road driving.

In order to accommodate varying driving styles, the Sandstorm Edition comes with two transmission choices: a six-speed manual transmission for drivers who prefer a more hands-on, interactive driving experience, and a nine-speed automatic transmission for drivers who prefer a smoother, less strenuous drive with better fuel economy and comfort.

Both transmissions are well-matched to the power of the engine, providing a versatile and enjoyable driving experience for all driver types.
