The M sport diesel variant continues with the tried and tested 2-liter four cylinder oil burner that churns out 148 brick horsepower and 360 newton meters of peak torque. That diesel engine clocks triple digit speeds in 8.9 seconds. Both engines are mated to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. For the first time, the BMW X1 is being offered with the advanced driver assistant system or a Dash deck. The cabin is also updated with a single piece curved screen integrating the new 10.7 inch infotainment display along with the 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster. Other Creature Comforts include Wireless Apple carplay and Android auto a 12 speaker Harman Kardon audio system adaptive LED headlights power tailgate and park assist among others.
