MG Cyberster launches in India at a starting price of ₹72.49 lakh

MG Motor has launched the Cyberster, India’s first electric convertible sports car, under its new premium line, MG Select. The roadster is priced at ₹72.49 lakh for early customers, with deliveries starting from August 10.

MG Cyberster Launch and Pricing

MG Cyberster was launched in India on 25 July 2025. This premium sports car is available in 13 cities via MG Select, the company’s luxury EV network. The bookings for the MG Cyberster are open online and through select dealerships.

Pricing and Delivery Specification:

  • Introductory price: ₹72.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for early bookings.

  • Regular price: ₹74.99 lakh for new customers after the launch window.

  • Deliveries begin: From 10 August 2025.

  • Expected waiting period: Up to December 2025, based on demand

Design and Features

MG Cyberster is an excellent two-door roadster with convertible styling and scissor doors. It also boasts large 20-inch alloy wheels and sporty proportions.

The interior includes a triple-screen dashboard, Bose sound system, ventilated seats, wireless charging, and full ADAS safety features.

Warranty and After-sales Service

Standard warranty:

  • 3 years with unlimited kilometres

  • Lifetime battery warranty (for first owner)

Optional: 5-year/1.5 lakh km extended warranty

The special service and support packages would be available at MG Select outlets.
