Maruti Suzuki Fronx Velocity Edition Now Available Across All 14 Variants

Maruti Suzuki Fronx Velocity Edition Now Available Across All 14 Variants

Maruti Suzuki has expanded the Fronx Velocity Edition to all 14 variants, including both the 1.0L and 1.2L engines. This special edition adds a dose of dynamism with sporty upgrades, making your Fronx stand out. Starting at just Rs 7.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for a limited time on the base Sigma variant, the Fronx Velocity Edition offers a stylish upgrade without breaking the bank.

Maruti Suzuki has made the Fronx Velocity Edition even more accessible by offering it across all 14 petrol and CNG variants, with a starting price of Rs 7.29 lakh. The base Sigma variant of the Fronx Velocity Edition undercuts the standard Sigma trim by a substantial Rs 23,000. Despite the lower price tag, the Velocity Edition adds a touch of flair with contrasting garnishes on the front bumper, grille, headlights, and wheel arches.

The level of additional features varies depending on the variant. Delta, Delta+, and Delta+ (O) trims with the 1.2-liter engine (available in both 90hp petrol and 78hp CNG options) get further spruced up with red side moldings, a sporty red and black rear spoiler, red ORVM covers, rear door garnishing, illuminated door sills, and a red dash mat, injecting a dose of youthful energy. For the top-of-the-line 100hp Turbo variants, the Velocity Edition retains the original red and grey exterior styling package. Inside, these variants receive a carbon fiber finish on top of the upgrades included in the lower Velocity Edition trims.

Importantly, the mechanical aspects of the Fronx remain unchanged across all variants. The 1.2-liter petrol engine offers both manual and AMT automatic transmission options. The 1.0-liter turbo-petrol unit comes with either a manual or torque converter automatic transmission, catering to diverse driving preferences.

Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, "FRONX has carved a niche, captivating customers who seek a bold SUV experience. Achieving 100,000 sales in just ten months is a testament to customers' love for this innovatively designed and sporty compact SUV. By offering the Velocity Edition across all variants of FRONX, we are not just celebrating this success; we are reaffirming our commitment to providing our customers with a wide array of choices, making an even more compelling option for our discerning customers."

By extending the Velocity Edition to all variants and offering a lower price point, Maruti Suzuki has broadened the appeal of the Fronx, making it a stylish and accessible option for a wider range of customers.
