Mahindra Trademark Strategy Xuv 7xo Xuv 5xo Xuv 3xo And Xuv 1xo Names Trademarked

Mahindra Trademark Strategy: XUV 7XO, XUV 5XO, XUV 3XO & XUV 1XO Names Trademarked

The news of Mahindra trademarking a few names has been already the talk of the Automotive Industry. Mahindra has submitted trademark applications for what seems to be a brand-new range of goods. The naming pattern for these future car or vehicle models is somewhat close to the ones with an 'O,' just like the XUV700, XUV500, and XUV300.

The new names may be used in rebranding Mahindra's SUVs after an important mid-life-cycle update or after a new generation model, for they are quite close to the current internal combustion models of Mahindra. The names XUV 5XO and XUV 1XO also allude to the potential creation of two new SUVs. The XUV 1XO could refer to a micro-SUV, which is yet to be launched by the company in the country and will rival the Tata Punch and Hyundai Exter or something new, which is yet to be slotted beneath the XUV700 in the popular segment of compact SUVs.

Mahindra could well use these names to trademark their upcoming line of all-electric SUVs, but this is unconfirmed. It remains a mystery if the name was registered and thus corresponded to the appropriate matching concept name. Here is a list of all the electric concepts that are eligible for these names along with our expectations for each.

Mahindra BE.09

Leading the battalion for this charge is the BE.09, expected to bear features such as a multi-zone climate control system, ventilated front seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, and upholstery made from recyclable or sustainable materials. To be at the forefront of technology in the mobile space, the car is fully equipped with wireless mobile charging and connected car technology.

Mahindra BE.07

Second, in the lineup, the BE.07 features a panoramic sunroof that provides an open and bright interior. It ensured improved safety and convenience through its ADAS suite, while at the same time guaranteeing harmonious connectivity and fun through a driver display and a large touchscreen infotainment system. They would ensure that the heads-up display avails to the drivers of all the important driving information for convenience and safety at all times.

Mahindra XUV.e8

The Mahindra XUV.e8, then, is the XUV700 three-row SUV with electricity under its hood, and the model has been sighted as almost production-ready, so the launch isn't far off. This SUV would be driven by an 80kWh battery pack, supplementing only one electric motor. The carmaker has provided no technical details, such as power output or range.

Overall it can be said that Mahindra will be developing several new electric SUVs, which it will launch over the next two years under the Born Electric and XUV.e brands. The brand is also preparing for the end of 2024 and the appearance of the XUV.e8, which will come to replace the e8 by the year 2025. According to information leaked to the media, the planned coupe-styled e9 electric SUV is set to be sold under the XUV.e brand. The smaller BE 05 and the larger BE 07 will come after the e9.
