Kia India has affirmed a significant price change in its line-up, passing directly the gain of the newly changed GST regime to the consumer. The new prices will be implemented on September 22, 2025, and they will include virtually all popular models sold by the brand in India.
Carnival Records has the largest Decline
Kia's premium MPV, the Kia Carnival, has involved the highest price cut to up to Rs. 4.49 lakh, making it highly affordable to consumers in the higher segment of buyers. This reduction drives the Carnival lower in competitiveness, pitted against the other full-size MPV models and entry-level luxury.

Kia Syros: Price reduced by up to Rs. 1.86 lakh
Kia Sonet: Price drop of up to Rs. 1.64 lakh
Kia Carens Clavis: Reduced by up to Rs. 78,674
Kia Seltos: Becomes cheaper by up to Rs. 75,372
Kia Carens: Prices down by up to Rs. 48,513
These reductions make Kia’s most sought-after SUVs and MPVs more appealing to customers who were previously holding off due to high pricing.

This is not the first move towards the Kia announcement, as Tata, Mahindra, and Hyundai have already announced the same; they have even adjusted their pricing strategies following the GST reform.
