4 New Mahindra Cars Launching in India in 2025

Looking ahead, Mahindra has four SUV launches planned. Mahindra will be launching a variety of electric and ICE platforms, including facelifts and all-new EVs. Each SUV will cater to different segments, allowing Mahindra to bolster its stronghold in the ever-evolving SUV landscape.

Mahindra & Mahindra will continue its aggressive push in the Indian auto market with the launch of 4 SUVs in 2025. This is part of their 23 new models by 2030 plan that also has a variety of electric and ICE platforms to consider because of India's resulting trends in mobility.

Here’s a rundown of what’s on the way.

  1. Mahindra XUV3XO EV – Electrifying the Compact SUV Segment

Mahindra is poised to introduce the XUV3XO EV in the next few months. Although based on the internal combustion engine-powered XUV3XO. The XUV3XO EV will have some unique styling features, including a modified front grille, aerodynamically fitted wheels, and electric vehicle-specific accents.

This model will utilize a single electric motor with a 35 kWh battery pack. The range and performance figures are expected to be released at the time of launch.

  1. New Mahindra XEV 9e Variants - Greater Range, More Choice

Mahindra will be adding a number of variants to the XEV 9e portfolio, which will include six additional variants, with both 59 kWh battery packs, and 79 kWh battery packs.

  • Pack One 59kWh

  • Pack Two 59kWh

  • Pack Three 59kWh

  • Pack Three Select 59kWh

  • Pack Three 79kWh

  • Pack Three Select 79kWh

It is anticipated that there will be more variants, allowing more consumers to access the larger battery variant. The launch is anticipated to occur weeks from now.

  1. Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift – Classic Utility Gets a Modern Touch

The Bolero Neo facelift will be introduced on 15 August 2025. Changes are to the body shell, flush door handles, more modern wheel arches, and larger twin 5-spoke alloy wheels.

On the inside, there will be better materials and a variety of features. The 2025 model will continue its 1.5L, 3-cylinder diesel engine with 100 bhp and always with a manual gearbox.

  1. Mahindra XEV 7e – Premium Electric SUV With Smart Tech

The Mahindra XEV 7e is expected to be available by late 2025, and will include the XEV 9e’s interior and far more. The dual-tone cabin with dual dash will feature at least three screens.

Features expected may include:

  • 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system

  • VisionX Heads-up display

  • Level 2 ADAS

  • TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)

The EV is expected to come with two battery options - 59 kWh and 79 kWh, giving users flexibility in performance and range pricing.

With their electrified line of models and reliable diesel workhorses, Mahindra's SUV offerings for 2025 are an indication of their ambition to lead the market in affordability while still being innovative.
