What is the Buzz behind the popular Mahindra 3XO base variant?

Recent data confirms that buyers highly seek the Mahindra XUV 3XO base variant. Nine variants are on offer, and waiting times range from two weeks to a full year. This entry-level petrol SUV is making headlines for its impressive demand and competitive position in the market.

Mahindra India has been successful once again in capturing the attention of car buyers with its XUV 3XO series. Its XUV 3O, the entry-level SUV which is known for its sub-four-metre design and competitive features, currently is one most demanded models on the market.

According to the recent data, it is also seen that among the nine variants available, the base variant is topping the list. Learn more about this popular entry-level SUV.

Waiting Time Insights

The most crucial piece of this car currently is the issue of waiting period for the different variants.

For instance, the MX1 variant comes with a waiting period of up to 52 weeks. This one-year wait clearly indicates the high demand and popularity of this model among buyers.

Additionally, variants like MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3, and MX3 Pro each require customers to wait up to 10 weeks before delivery.

On the other hand, the AX5 variant follows with a waiting time of 8 weeks. All other variants of the XUV 3XO enjoy a relatively short waiting period of only 2 weeks.

Competition in the Compact SUV Segment

As far as the competition is concerned, 3XO stands tough before other popular sub-four-metre SUVs such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, and Renault Kiger.

Well, these rivals are giving tough heads off but the base variant of 3XO has carved out a niche for itself, an unwavering fan following with its features and affordability.

Why Buyers Prefer the Base Variant

It is also needed to explore what is the psychology behind customer's choosing base variant, helping it grow immensely?

Well, first is surely the ROI, the features that come along with the given price is unmatched.

Second, the model offers a blend of performance and style that meets the needs of everyday driving. Additionally, buyers appreciate the minimal waiting time for most of the other variants, making it easier to plan their purchase.

Overall, the waiting period data tells a clear story. The base variant is in the highest demand while more premium configurations are available for those who are willing to wait a bit longer. This kind of detailed information helps car buyers make informed decisions. It also reflects Mahindra’s strong position in the entry-level SUV market, where buyers are increasingly looking for reliability, affordability, and modern features.
