The Multinational Japanese car brand, Toyota which is also one of the leading car brands in India has unveiled a stylish and new-generation version of Innova to be known as Innova Crysta GX Plus adding a touch of luxury and enhanced features to its lineup. It is reported to be Priced at Rs. 21.39 lakh (ex-showroom) and this new variant comes with a host of additional features, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a diesel-powered MPV with a touch of sophistication.
Highlights and Improved Features
The GX Plus model takes driving to a new level of comfort and convenience with its 14 more amenities over the base GX trim. A rear camera, auto-fold mirrors, DVR, diamond-cut alloys, walnut panels, and luxury fabric seats are a few of the unique elements that give the interior a sense of elegance.
The GX Plus model offers three airbags, including a driver-side knee airbag, an 8-inch touchscreen, and auto-folding ORVMs to ensure passenger comfort and safety. The addition of a rear parking camera and vehicle stability control further improves the driving experience prioritizing ease and safety.
Shades and Setups
The GX Plus variation is offered in five fashionable colors: Super White, Attitude Black Mica, Avant-Garde Bronze Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, and Silver Metallic. It is available in seven and eight-seater versions. Toyota's dependable 2.4-liter diesel engine, which produces 148 horsepower and 343 Nm of torque, powers this version. It is mated to a silky five-speed manual transmission.

The GX Plus variant is priced competitively at Rs. 21.39 lakh for the 7-seater configuration and Rs. 21.44 lakh for the 8-seater option. With this innovation, Toyota can now accommodate a wide range of preferences and needs by offering the Innova Crysta in four different variants: GX, GX Plus, VX, and ZX.
It will be competing with models like the Mahindra Marazzo and Kia Carens, the Innova Crysta stands out as a diesel-powered counterpart to the Toyota Innova Hycross and Maruti Invicto, catering to diverse customer needs.
