This Kia Cars Sale Hits The 1822 Mark On Day One Even Before The Launch

This Kia car’s sale hits the 1,822 mark on Day One, even before the Launch!

Regarding the SUV segment, Kia is one of India’s favorite brands. Its popularity among Indians is totally unmatched, which is, exclusively visible with the Kia Carnival. This car is scheduled to enter the Indian market on October 3, 2024. Within just 24 hours, the bookings for this car surged to 1,822. This kind of response shows how much excitement there is for this luxury MPV, setting a new record in the process.

An Overwhelming Response to a Luxurious Ride

Bookings for the all-new Kia Carnival Limousine opened on September 16, 2024, both on Kia’s official website and at authorized dealerships across India. Interested buyers could secure their spot with an initial payment of ₹2 lakhs, and by the next day, Kia had already tallied a record-breaking 1,822 pre-orders. That’s nearly 400 more than the previous model’s debut—a clear sign that Indian customers are more than ready for this next level of luxury.

Joonsu Cho, Kia India’s Chief Sales Officer, couldn’t have been more thrilled. He called it a “proud moment” for the company, noting that the Carnival Limousine has set new standards for the segment. He added that with its combination of “distinctive design, luxurious features, and segment-first technologies,” the Carnival is breaking new ground and leading the charge in India’s growing MPV market.

What Makes the New Carnival Stand Out?

So, what’s all the hype about? The new Kia Carnival Limousine is packed with luxury and advanced technology, making it more than just a people mover. Some of the standout features include 2nd Row Luxury Powered Relaxation Seats, complete with ventilation and leg support for added comfort. There’s also a One-Touch Smart Power Sliding Door, a wide electric dual sunroof, and a premium 12-speaker Bose sound system. These are the kinds of features you’d expect from high-end luxury sedans, not your typical MPV.

But the Carnival Limousine doesn’t stop there. The vehicle boasts dual panoramic curved displays—two 12.3-inch screens for infotainment and driving information. It’s also equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Level 2, offering 23 autonomous features for enhanced safety and convenience. Whether you’re cruising through city traffic or embarking on long road trips, this vehicle is designed to make every journey as smooth and secure as possible.

A New Benchmark for the Indian MPV Market

Kia’s quick success with the new Carnival Limousine shows the brand’s commitment to understanding what Indian customers want. With its luxurious features and cutting-edge technology, the Carnival isn’t just filling a gap in the market—it’s creating a new one. The overwhelming response to the pre-launch bookings speaks volumes about Kia’s ability to connect with Indian buyers and deliver vehicles that resonate with their needs and aspirations.

For Kia India, this latest milestone builds on an already impressive track record. Since starting mass production in 2019 at its plant in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, Kia has established itself as a serious player in the Indian automotive market. In just a few years, the company has launched five models—the Seltos, Carnival, Sonet, Carens, and the EV6—and has sold over 1.3 million vehicles, including both domestic sales and exports.

Kia's Commitment to the Future

Kia India is not just about sales; it’s about pushing boundaries and offering meaningful experiences to customers. The company’s new brand identity, “Movement that Inspires,” perfectly captures this vision. It’s about more than just getting from Point A to Point B—it’s about making the journey memorable, exciting, and comfortable.

With its wide network of 640 dealerships in 287 cities across India, Kia is well-positioned to keep growing. And with more than 4 lakh connected cars already on Indian roads, the brand is leading the way in automotive connectivity as well. The Carnival Limousine’s early success is a clear sign that Kia has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.

Overall, The launch of the all-new Kia Carnival Limousine marks a new chapter for Kia in India. With its luxurious features, advanced technology, and record-breaking pre-orders, the Carnival Limousine is setting new standards in the MPV segment. Kia has shown once again that it knows how to innovate, impress, and deliver exactly what Indian customers are looking for. As the numbers roll in and the buzz continues to grow, it’s clear that Kia is shaping the future of luxury vehicles in India—one impressive milestone at a time.
