Skoda's first-ever three-row electric SUV is set for a 2025 launch. These flagship EVs are expected to be based on the same platform as their Volkswagen, Seat, and Audi counterparts, a major step towards Skoda's electrification plan.

Skoda's First-Ever Three-Row EV SUV To Debut in 2025

This three-row electric SUV was officially previewed by Skoda for an expected global flagship EV, while design aspects and technology setting new benchmarks for the brand were revealed during the announcement of Skoda's 2024 financial results.

With connected front light bars, a coupe-like SUV stance, stacked tail lamps, futuristic headlight designs, and the whole ton of visual drama, Skoda's upcoming new EV draws design genes from its current Enyaq and Elroq brothers.

However, the unique part is that it'll be the first seven-seat electric SUV from the Volkswagen group, subsequently igniting similar products from VW, Seat, and Audi.

Positioned purely as a family-oriented long-range electric vehicle, this all-electric SUV will combine various traits: performance, practicality, and sustainability in an increasingly demanded segment.

Will the Skoda Three-Row EV SUV land in India?

While there is no official confirmation yet, India is a very important market for Skoda, which is in the process of expanding its EV portfolio in the country. If it is launched here, the SUV will join the ranks of Skoda Enyaq iV and Elroq, already part of Skoda's electric vehicle roadmap.

Going by events, Skoda has also clarified that, by 2027, it plans to have an automobile manufactured in India; this, it says, will suit buyers looking for low-end and high-end EV options.

If the seven-seater Skoda EV gets approval for India, it stands a valid chance in the premium electric SUV domain against rivals from Tata, Mahindra, and Hyundai.

A Big Move In Harnessing Skoda's Electrification Strategy

The all-electric Skoda three-row SUV adds meaning to the brand's electrification journey as Skoda plans to go all-electric in its future. The Volkswagen Group platform-sharing strategy ensures this SUV will embrace the latest battery technology, range optimization, and charging capabilities.

With an expected 2025 launch, this SUV genuinely attracts those buyers searching for an electric vehicle with plenty of space, trendy styling, and high-tech features with seven-seater practicality.
