Rohit Sharmas Car Collection Peek Into The Captain Of Indias Garage

Rohit Sharma’s Car Collection: Peek into the Captain of India’s Garage

The past seven months have been a whirlwind for India’s cricket captain, Rohit Sharma. From the highs and lows of the international cricketing stage to a challenging season with the Mumbai Indians in the IPL, Sharma’s journey has been eventful. Amidst these ups and downs, the "Hitman" has expanded his impressive car collection. Predominantly an SUV enthusiast, Sharma has recently added a luxurious sedan to his garage. Here’s a look at his enviable collection.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

The newest addition to Rohit Sharma’s garage is the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, considered one of the world’s finest luxury sedans. Sharma reportedly owns the S350d version, equipped with a 2.9-liter inline 4 diesel engine producing 282 bhp and 600 Nm of torque. This model features a 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and an all-wheel-drive system. It accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 6.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 kmph. The S350d is priced at Rs 1.77 crore, ex-showroom.

Lamborghini Urus

Sharma’s love for performance SUVs is evident with his Lamborghini Urus. The Urus combines practicality with high performance, powered by a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine generating 657 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. This AWD SUV, registered under the special number 0264 (Sharma’s highest ODI score), does 0-100 kmph in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 305 kmph. The Lamborghini Urus starts from Rs 4.18 crore, ex-showroom.

Mercedes-Benz GLS

In 2022, Sharma, along with teammate Suryakumar Yadav, added the Mercedes-Benz GLS to his collection. Available in two trims — the GLS 450 petrol and the GLS 450 diesel — Sharma’s version is likely the petrol variant with a 3-liter engine producing 375 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. Both versions are equipped with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The GLS petrol is priced at Rs 1.32 crore, and the diesel at Rs 1.37 crore, ex-showroom.

Range Rover

A staple in any celebrity’s garage, Sharma owns a Range Rover HSE LWB trim. This model features a 3-liter twin-turbo diesel engine delivering 346 bhp and 700 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 6.3 seconds and has a top speed of 234 kmph. The Range Rover HSE LWB trim costs Rs 2.80 crore, ex-showroom.

Rohit Sharma’s car collection is a testament to his love for luxury and high-performance vehicles. With a blend of opulent sedans and powerful SUVs, his garage reflects his status as one of India’s cricketing icons.
