MG Motor India is all set to announce the prices of its much-awaited Cyberster electric convertible on July 25, 2025. The Cybester will be MG Motor’s first all-electric roadster. A sporty, futuristic vehicle that aims to expand the brand’s premium electric vehicle portfolio in the country.

The pre-bookings had already commenced in March, and now the deliveries are scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. It will be MG Motor’s second vehicle to be sold via Select Dealership of the brand, following the M9 MPV.

India’s First Ever All-Electric Convertible Sports Car!

The MG Cybster has already gained attention and excitement for its stylish two-door convertible design, sharp lines, and butterfly doors. In the Indian market, it stands out as a unique model, with no direct competitors currently offering an all-electric sports convertible car in the segment.

  • A vertical seven‑inch touchscreen in the centre console

  • Wireless smartphone mirroring and a 360-degree camera

  • An adaptive cruise control

Exterior:

  • Black LED headlights with 20-inch alloys

  • A long bonnet with a soft top and sealed nose

  • Front vents to facilitate airflow to cool the battery

MG Motor’s EV Expansion In India

For MG Motor’s EV expansion in India, the price announcement is an important step. The company has been trying and increase its presence in the electric segment, now with the launch of the Cyberster, it aims to create a new category of luxury electric convertible cars in the Indian market.

However, MG Motors has not announced if the bookings will open immediately after the price reveal, but more details will follow during the official announcement tomorrow on 25th July.
