Maruti Suzuki has reduced its prices in its Nexa brand line due to the new GST 2.0 reforms. Effective since 22 September 2025, Nexa products now appeal better to a potential customer.
The discounts will be between 51,900 and 1.12 lakh, depending on the model, to provide the first-time and upgrade consumers with a good incentive to purchase a Nexa.
Model-Wise Price Cuts
The following is a preview of the new prices and superiorities:
Ignis: Discount of Rs 71,300 brings the new starting price to Rs 5.35 lakh.
Baleno: Now priced at Rs 5.98 lakh, thanks to a Rs 86,100 cut.
Fronx: Gets the biggest discount of Rs 1.12 lakh, with prices starting at Rs 6.84 lakh.
Grand Vitara: Revised price is Rs 10.76 lakh after a cut of Rs 1.07 lakh.
XL6: Price reduced by Rs 52,000, bringing it to Rs 11.52 lakh.
Jimny: Now available at Rs 12.31 lakh after a Rs 51,900 cut.
Invicto: Gets a Rs 61,700 reduction, with new prices beginning at Rs 24.97 lakh.
Who Benefits the Most?
The Fronx will be the best value contender in the mini SUV market as the largest challenger of absolute discounts.
In the meantime, the Ignis is now amongst the most competitive entry-level vehicles in the highly preferred hatchback premium segment, targeting youthful customers or those who like sleek urban cars.
Nexa Strategy Going Forward
These price reductions are likely to push the traffic in Nexa dealerships nationwide as the period of high demand just nears the next festive season. The brand, too, is positioning such a way that it continues to be competitive with other competitors like Hyundai, Kia and Toyota, all of whom are set to match GST-driven price changes.
