BE 6 and XEV 9e have changed the game when it comes to electric vehicles by Mahindra. Combined, they have contributed over 10 per cent of the monthly sales by Mahindra, which can be seen as an indication of high acceptance in the market.
The duo made headlines at the start of the year when it was able to take on bookings worth ₹8,472 crore in the first day of the initial month, at the time of launch. The popularity was further established as combined sales exceeded the 20,000 unit mark within a span of five months only.
Referral Program Details
The referral scheme would enable BE 6 owners and XEV 9e owners to gain advantages in case of the successful conversion of their referrals into purchased products. Incentives are designed in three phases:
First Referral: Free general service (parts and labour) for up to 3 years/30,000 km and one free interior and exterior enrichment package.
Second Referral: Free service for up to 4 years/40,000 km, plus two enrichment packages (interior and exterior).
Third Referral: Maximum benefits with free service for up to 5 years/50,000 km and three enrichment packages (interior and exterior).
These awards will address preventive service, but not running service, unscheduled service maintenance and non-essential optional services. The program will last a short time.

BE 6 and XEV 9e Highlights
Both SUVs are commended on sporty design, innovation and security technology. The BE 6 Batman Edition recently sold 999 units of them in the shortest time of 135 seconds, which demonstrates the increasing popularity of Mahindra EVs.
The battery packs of SUVs have power packs of 59kW or 79kW. The smaller pack has been rated at 231 PS and 380 Nm; the pack has certified a range of 557km in the BE 6 and 542km in the XEV 9e. The bigger pack has 285 PS and 380 Nm and offers a range of 683 km (BE 6) and 656 km (XEV 9e). The two models also have a regenerative braking system and various driving modes, which include Default, Range, Everyday, Race, and Snow.
