Lok Adalat Delhi 2025: Dates, Process Limitations and More

The third Delhi Lok Adalat is set to be conducted on September 13, 2025 to aid citizens settle pending traffic challans without any hassle. The third Lok Adalat is being held on September 13, 2025, as fixed by ‘National Legal Services Authority’, aimed at providing a speedy resolution with reduced penalties to the concerns of the citizens.

How to do National Lok Adalat 2025 registration?

The upcoming Delhi Lok Adalat date 2025 is scheduled to be held on September 13, 2025, to provide relief to the people having pending traffic e-challans. Below are the simple steps involved in Lok Adalat registration:

  1. Visit the official website of Delhi traffic police i.e. ‘traffic.delhipolice.gov.in’.

  2. Click on the ‘Delhi State Legal Service Authority’ option listed on the homepage.

  3. The ‘Lok Adalat Token Registration Form’ will get displayed on the screen.

  4. Enter the essential information, such as:

    • Your name

    • Contact number

    • Vehicle registration number

    • Pending challan details

  5. Submit the form after re-checking all the details.

  6. A confirmation link, along with the token download link, will appear on the screen.

Generally, the hearing at the Lok Adalat is done from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Booking Timeline

The booking for the upcoming third Delhi Lok Adalat date 2025 are expected to start from September 08, 2025 at 10 a.m. There are 1.8 lakh slots available for over 3 days. Ensure to be among early applicants so as not to miss out this valuable opportunity.

How to download the Lok Adalat Delhi token?

After submitting the Lok Adalat registration form, the next step is to get it downloaded to experience a hassle-free process of settling challans. The course of actions involved in downloading the Lok Adalat token are:

  1. Navigate to the official website of the Delhi police (traffic.delhipolice.gov.in).

  2. Click on the ‘Challan Token Download’ option under the Lok Adalat head.

  3. Provide the required information to proceed with the download process, which includes:

    • Vehicle Registration Number

    • Mobile Number

  4. Tap on ‘Download’ to initiate the download process.

  5. Once done, save the token receipt for further proceedings at the Lok Adalat.

In which locations Lok Adalat Delhi will be conducted

The upcoming Lok Adalat is all set to be address the concerns of the citizens on 13 September 2025, at 7 district courts in Delhi, which include the following:

  1. Rohini

  2. Tis Hazari

  3. Saket

  4. Karkardooma

  5. Dwarka

The National Lok Adalat in Delhi is conducted 4 times every year at the following places:

Mandatory documents to carry

  1. Driving License (D.L.)

  2. Registration Certificate (R.C.)

  3. Identity Card

  4. Photocopy of notice

  5. Authorization letter

What does the previous Lok Adalat Delhi 2025 data say?

The first Lok Adalat 2025 was held on March 08, 2025, to help people in settling challans and other disputes covered under this system. The data reveals that around 1,53,437 challans were settled with a collective monetary value of ₹405.2 crore. Around 2,13,317 cases were registered, out of which 1,22,064 were related to traffic challans, having a cumulative monetary settlement of ₹1.7 crore.
