Expected designs and features of the Next-Gen Hyundai Venue Spied

Expected designs and features of the Next-Gen Huindai Venue Spied

The sub-four-metre SUV market continues to heat up, and the Hyundai Venue might soon join the race with a next-generation model. Recently, spy shots from South Korea revealed a heavily camouflaged test mule, likely the 2025 Hyundai Venue. As updates from competitors like the Nissan Magnite and Tata Nexon continue to roll out, Hyundai seems poised to take the spotlight with an all-new Venue, which could launch by late 2025.

Exterior Design

Based on the spy images, the upcoming Hyundai Venue is expected to sport a completely redesigned exterior. The front fascia could feature a taller bumper and split headlamps, aligning with the recent facelifts of the Creta and Alcazar. Other anticipated changes include a fresh set of alloy wheels, a redesigned grille, new horizontal two-piece taillights with LED signatures, and new roof rails. These updates aim to give the SUV a more aggressive and modern look, making it a strong contender against rivals like the Maruti Brezza and Mahindra XUV300.

Interior Upgrades

The interior of the 2025 Hyundai Venue is expected to receive several notable upgrades. Spy shots reveal leatherette upholstery in a blacked-out finish, lending a premium feel to the cabin. Additional features might include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and a larger touchscreen unit integrated into a redesigned dashboard. The front row could also see wider headrests and a revised front armrest for enhanced comfort. Carryover features from the current-generation Venue might include a Level 1 ADAS suite, a fully digital instrument cluster, and six airbags for added safety.

Powertrain Options

While details on the engine and transmission for the next-gen Hyundai Venue remain unconfirmed, the current model offers three engine options: a 1.0 litre turbo-petrol, a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol, and a 1.5 litre diesel engine. Transmission options include a five-speed manual, six-speed manual, and seven-speed DCT. It remains to be seen whether Hyundai will introduce any changes to the powertrain lineup with the 2025 model.
