Electrifying Drive! Hyundai Creta Electric Bookings Open with 473km Range

Continuing our innovation wheel, Hyundai India unveils one of the most anticipated automobile models today - The Creta Electric. It is stated that equipped with the latest technologies, it has the longest possible driving distance, 473km, and sets a new bar for EV vehicles. With its sleek design and technological edge, it has received much appreciation and could indicate that it will offer a great challenge to rivals such as the Maruti e-Vitara. Book yours today!

Hyundai Creta Electric Game-Changing EV with 473 Km Range, ADAS, and More

Hyundai India has launched the electric version of its favourite model, the Creta, which has remained a major highlight in Hyundai’s EV strategy. This model extends a new entrant into the increasing electric SUV segment, with competitors such as Maruti e-Vitara in mind. Bookings for the electric cars are open at ₹25,000, with deliveries scheduled for February 2025.

Battery and Range Options

The Hyundai Creta Electric will come with two battery pack solutions, one that will target different customers with their needs—the bigger battery of 51.4kWh guarantees an incredible range of 473km from a single battery charge. At the same time, a less-capacious 42kWh unit provides a no less impressive range of 390 kilometres. Hyundai’s added customer benefit for charging is an 11kW home charger if purchased that will take four hours to charge the battery from 10-80%.

Furthermore, a DC fast charger can achieve the same in 58 minutes at the most quickly!

Design Enhancements

The Creta Electric shares its design with the ICE derivative of the updated Creta that was introduced last year but has some differences. Such used models are active aero flaps and limited colour availability that strikes extra personality to the EV variant. The logic behind it is that buyers may select the colour from the 10 options available and the variant from the four options available to them.

Tech-Packed Interior

Several high-end features have been incorporated into the 2025 Creta Electric by Hyundai. These are twin 10.25-inch displays, digital key, shift-by-wire, ventilating front seats, and an improved centre console. To enhance safety and comfort, the model comes equipped with an ADAS suite, 360 camera, and EPB.

Features Galore

Other features include adaptive LED headlights, a panoramic roof, selectable driving modes, and an integrated Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system that enables an owner to power small electronic devices using the car’s battery. Such attributes broaden the general potential of the car and set the Creta Electric among attractive options in the EV market.

Price Announcement Awaited

They plan on officially releasing the price of the scooter on the 17th of January, 2025, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Hyundai to target clients seeking efficient, full-featured EVs with affordable price tags.

Given the car’s fairly comprehensive range, technology-enabling amenities, and price point, the Hyundai Creta Electric is all set to shape a fresh story for EVs cars in India.
