Starting at ₹74.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro SUV was introduced in India.
It offers the high-end mid-size SUV market improved performance, a robust feature set, and a sportier appearance.
The most potent gasoline-powered model in the X3 lineup to date, the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, was unveiled by BMW in India. With a price tag of ₹74.50 lakh (ex-showroom), this new SUV is more expensive than the current xDrive20 petrol and xDrive20d diesel models, but it offers more performance and a more dynamic appearance.
Sportier Style and Eye-Catching Appearances
Sporty design cues make the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro stand out. It differs from lower models with its illuminated front grille with blacked-out parts, larger 20-inch alloy wheels, and M Sport brakes with red calipers. Its aggressive road presence is enhanced by smoked tail lamps and darkened headlamps.
Performance and Engine
An eight-speed automatic transmission, BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system, and a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 258 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque are all mounted beneath the hood.
A 48V mild hybrid system is also used by the SUV to improve economy and responsiveness. With this configuration, the X3 is among the fastest in its class, with a sprint time of 6.3 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.
Superior Cabin and Amenities
The X3 provides a high-end, technologically advanced interior. For convenience, the cabin has a 360-degree camera system, three-zone climate control, and a panoramic glass roof.
The SUV's luxury credentials are further enhanced with a strong 15-speaker Harman Kardon sound system and a 12.3-inch digital display for the driver. Front-seat comfort is further improved by sport seats with memory and ventilation features.
Practicality and Safety
The new X3 boasts a robust package of safety and assistance features installed by BMW. Comfort and security are guaranteed on every trip thanks to sophisticated driver assistance features, a three-zone climate control system, and an all-around camera arrangement.
The X3 can effectively compete with other high-end midsize SUVs in the Indian market because of these features.
Positioning in the Market and Competition
With its combination of equipment, performance, and design, the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro competes with rivals such as the Volvo XC60, Audi Q5, and Mercedes-Benz GLC. Its emphasis on premium luxury and sporty driving qualities makes it a formidable competitor in the congested luxury SUV market.
