Tata Nexon iCNG Dark Edition: Style Meets Substance

Tata introduces the Nexon iCNG Dark Edition, blending power, style, and practicality in a premium all-black avatar. Priced from ₹12.7 lakh, it offers exclusive features for adventure-seeking urban drivers.

Tata Motors has expanded its popular Nexon lineup with the new iCNG Dark Edition, offering a bold design and advanced features tailored to modern urban lifestyles. Priced between ₹12.7 lakh and ₹14.5 lakh (ex-showroom), this new variant combines the eco-friendliness of CNG with the sophistication of Tata’s iconic Dark Edition styling.

A Darker, Bolder Look

The Nexon iCNG Dark Edition sports Tata's signature all-black aesthetic. Its gloss black exterior, accented trims, and redesigned alloy wheels exude sophistication. Adding a touch of exclusivity, a “Dark” badge is prominently placed on the fender.

Inside, the theme continues with black upholstery and a sleek, monotone cabin finish, delivering a premium feel that perfectly complements its bold exterior.

Power and Performance

Under the hood, the Nexon iCNG Dark Edition retains the 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, producing 99 bhp and 170 Nm of torque. Paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, it ensures smooth driving dynamics and efficiency. Tata’s innovative dual-cylinder CNG technology enhances boot space, setting it apart from competitors.

Trim Levels and Pricing

The Nexon iCNG Dark Edition is available in three premium trims:

  • Creative + S: ₹12.7 lakh

  • Creative + PS: ₹13.7 lakh

  • Fearless + PS: ₹14.5 lakh

The Dark Edition variants are priced ₹40,000 higher for the Creative trims and ₹20,000 more for the Fearless trim, offering a refined yet value-driven option.

Tata’s Legacy with Dark Editions

Tata’s Dark Edition series has consistently resonated with buyers, combining style and practicality. With the Nexon iCNG Dark, Tata reinforces its commitment to delivering vehicles that align with customer preferences for innovation, efficiency, and elegance.

Conclusion

The Tata Nexon iCNG Dark Edition is a compelling option for buyers seeking a stylish, eco-friendly, and powerful compact SUV. With its unique design, efficient powertrain, and competitive pricing, it stands out as a premium choice in the CNG segment.
