Tata Motors has officially started delivering the much-anticipated Tata Harrier EV across various cities in India. This new EV was launched earlier this year, in June 2025, and now its delivery has officially commenced this month.
Bookings and Waiting Period For This New EV!
The new Tata Harrier EV, which marks the brand's entry into the electric premium SUV segment, had around 10,000 bookings in just 24 hours after the price announcement. This new model is being delivered nationwide to the customers who had pre-booked it at dealerships.
As per the reports, the new SUV currently has a waiting period of up to 2 to 3 months; however, it might as well get delayed till 7 months (28-30 weeks), depending on the demand for the booked variant and the city.

Note: All the variants and their prices do not include the AC fast charger and installation charges. And the Stealth Edition comes with an additional price of ₹75,000.

Charging, Power Range And Battery Pack
This electric SUV comes in rear-wheel drive (RWD) variants, and has two battery pack option, either a 65kWh or 75kWh. The 65kWh one is paired with a single motor while the 75kWh one has dual motors in pair. They generate maximum power worth of 238bhp and 313bhp and 504Nm of torque respectively.
As claimed by Tata, 75kWh variant does 0 to 100kmph in 6.3 seconds when on Boost Mode, and offers an MIDC-certified range of 627km (RWD) and 622km (AWD) on a single charge.
The SUVs battery has a lifetime warranty and can be charged from 10 to 100% in just 10.7 hours, using a 7.2kW AC charger, while 20 to 80% will be done just in 25 minutes using a 120kW DC fast charger.
