Skoda has reached 25 years in India this year and the Czech car manufacturer has a reason to rejoice.
As part of the event, Skoda has introduced special ‘Limited Edition’ models of three of their most popular models, which are the Kushaq, Kylaq and Slavia. Mechanicals stay the same but these editions have their cosmetic improvements and other features that distinguish them.
Slavia Sport Exterior
The 25th Anniversary special edition of the Skoda Slavia will have an all-black exterior theme but with some dazzling Tornado Red accents on the side.
A Monte Carlo body kit also gives it a dynamic performance-inspired appearance. Other external features are the puddle lamps and underbody lights, which are not only visually pleasing but also add utility to them.
The 25-year anniversary badge of the pillar is the indicator of the exclusive nature of the sedan, as well as the unsteady milestone of the brand.
Interiors and Feature additions
On the inside, the sedan is fitted with a 360-degree surround camera which enhances both comfort and safety. The interior parts retain the high-quality feel of the Slavia with a balance of functionality and the stylish elements that Skoda is known to use.
Powertrain Options
The limited Edition keeps the same proven powertrains under the hood. Buyers are offered to choose between a 1.0-litre petrol power plant with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission and a stronger 1.5-litre petrol engine with a DSG automatic gearbox.
Pricing and Variants
Prices of the Slavia Limited Edition begin at Rs. 15.63 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs. 16.73 lakh on the 1.0-litre petrol automatic variant. The fully equipped 1.5-litre DSG petrol variant will cost Rs. 18.33 lakh.

The anniversary model of Slavia will be coincided with the Kushaq SUV and Kylaq compact SUV getting very similar treatment. The combination of these models manifests that Skoda remains committed to the Indian car market during the time that it gives customers the opportunity to own a part of the history of the brand.
