Nissan India Reaffirms Warranty Support for E20-Compliant Magnite

Nissan India has confirmed that the entire Magnite range, including turbo and naturally aspirated petrol variants, is fully E20-compliant. Customers using E20 fuel will not face warranty concerns, while the brand also introduces a segment-first 10-year warranty for added peace of mind.

Nissan Magnite E20-Compliant

Nissan India has confirmed the success of the popular little SUV of the company, the Magnite, which has become fully compatible with E20 fuel in all types of its engines. This will guarantee that those clientele who bought a fresh Magnite post October 2024 can not fear using the toxin-rich ethanol-blended fuel and reassure them that they will not jeopardise the manufacturer's warranty.

The relocation makes Magnite compliant with the Government of India's agenda on alternative fuels and sustainable mobility.

Turbo/NA Engines Upgraded

The company affirmed that its petrol powertrains were also improved and made to conform. Since August 2024, the 1.0-litre HR10 turbocharged petrol engine has been E20-compliant, and the 1.0-litre BR10 naturally aspirated engine attained compliance in February 2025.

Guarantee of Warrants granted

Nissan may be rightly described as promising repeat warranty coverage as the most reassuring news to buyers. Compared to issues that appear when changing fuel compatibility, Nissan explained that no issues will arise when switching to E20 fuel since it will not affect the warranty.

Safety and Market Position

The Magnite has already established itself as a fully rounded compact SUV, especially when it has received a five-star GNCAP safety rating. The Magnite remains an attractive option to the buyer who wants reliability and affordable values in the SUV segment, with the added safety and flexibility assured by fuel usage and warranty measures.
